Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time leasing consultant for a large apartment community in Evansville, IN to work approximately 40 hours a week. Office is open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Previous leasing experience and affordable housing experience preferred, previous office, computer, and customer service experience is required. This will be a full time position.The leasing consultant will be responsible for assisting in the marketing and sales of our apartment homes, assist with answering calls, taking service requests, assisting with residents, outreach marketing, market research, affordable housing certifications, and other duties as assigned.
