What you’ll be doing...
As a Cyberspace Targets Analyst, you will assist in the coordination of joint strategic and operational planning and execution of joint fires, targeting, capability pairing, and threat mitigation in support of the Cyber Mission Force and other operations. In addition, you will be responsible for:
Providing advice to leadership on all aspects of joint fires and threat mitigation
Providing support to future operations planners to integrate cyber capabilities into plans
Planning, organizing, determining, and recommending necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned and anticipated joint fires coordination and execution
Support of planning in OCO and DCO throughout the entire Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP)
Synchronizing and deconflicts in Special Access Program/Special Technical Operation (SAP/STO) capabilities with operational planning
Participating as the Fires SME in exercises
Coordinating targeting strategy development and engagement responsibilities with components, subordinates commands, and supporting commands
Synchronizing and implementing of targeting methodologies and prioritization methods
Assisting with all aspects of cyber advanced targeting, to include interagency planning, joint targeting board support, cyber weapons capability analysis, target systems analysis, target materials production, collateral effects estimate, and joint planning group support
Providing technical assistance and supports the Cyber Tasking Cycle
Creating, managing, updating, and implementing the Master Cyber Operations Plan (MCOP)
Managing Cyber Tasking Orders (CTOs
Attending the Operations Synchronization meetings
Coordinating with Cyber Mission Forces and other subordinate units in order to facilitate the Cyber Tasking Cycle processes
Inputting data, including the Joint Tactical Cyber Request (JTCR) updates, into the Command and Control (C2) system, reviewing data, and recommending updates to tasking
Facilitating preparation of the Joint Targeting Working Group (JTWG) and Joint Targeting Coordination Board (JTCB)
Monitoring and facilitating all targeting lists at the intermediate level and above
Drafting Commander’s targeting guidance
Preparing strike package and Cyber Request and Approval (C-RAP) documents
What we’re looking for...
Minimum five years of experience in Fires and/or Targeting
Minimum of High School Diploma or 5 year's related experience.
Must have aDOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Demonstrated excellent communications skills verbally and written.
Analytical and problem solving skills
Current TS/SCI with CI poly
