The Data Center Central Operations team is responsible for keeping these sites operating efficiently and safely.In this role, you will be a part of the Spares Readiness team and will be accountable for improvement and sustainment programs that ensure data centers have their spare parts available to them when they need them.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Identify gaps, improve, and sustain spares data and analysis processes.
- Analyze, identify, and resolve gaps in spares general processes, business processes, and assumptions.
- Develop, sustain, and improve metrics in spares life-cycle phases and through production phases with appropriate stakeholders.
- Provide data analysis in collaboration with team members and partners.
- Work with site leaders, site teams, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, make improvement recommendations, lead change, and establish relationships.
