Come join Intuit as a Group Manager / Strategist and work across Intuit to create and ensure a one Intuit Design System. This role allows you to drive a compan-wide design systems strategy, define the vision and come up with an action plan that delivers on a One Intuit Design System.

Responsibilities
Company-wide design definition, specification, collaboration to ensure alignment with Business Unit partners of agreed fixed design assets, pattern libraries, and components.
Foster the Intuit Design System across business units/functional groups, ensuring world class design quality end to end.
Inspire a One Intuit mindset across business units and cross-functional team members, including interaction designers, visual designers, design technologists, user researchers, developers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Collaborates across design counterparts and competency experts to deliver world class design and across company a one Intuit branded look and feel.
Change agent: expert ability to partner, articulate, and influence design features in a thoughtful and emotionally engaging manner, to all partners including executives.
Leads codification of world class design asset libraries, patterns, components and innovates on existing assets to continue the advancement of the experiences.
Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you, and accelerating those around you.
Clearly communicates design direction and intent with customer-backed, and defensible, principles and frameworks.
Qualifications
Communication skills that will galvanize and energize great people around delighting customers through great user experiences, and ensure successful implementation through influence and hands-on leadership.
Strong, well-informed and well-articulated points of view on design quality and the difference between good design and great design.
Solutions-centric, and ability to drive informed/intelligent “smart” risks.
Great communication skills.
Bachelors or Masters in Human Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field.
8+ years of significant track record in defining and delivering great user experiences in software products and services to a large number of customers; ; preferably experience with SaaS and mobile products.
Excellent command of: framing skills, verbal and written communication skills
Expert knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research. Seasoned in Agile development processes
Deep knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principles.
Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of use.
