We're looking for a Junior level Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our Tech team. This role will help the current Scrum Master ensure sprint plans and goals are executed smooth, efficient and on time.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: meeting prep and recaps, daily scrums, story grooming, sprint planning, stakeholder demos, and retrospectives
Track and manage inter-project/team dependencies and remove impediments as necessary
Identify and promote new techniques for improving Agile Software Development
Assist product managers in product backlog grooming
Monitor and track metrics
Review/track daily burn down charts
Generate and submit weekly status reports
Keep projects moving in step by making sure schedules, technical requirements, resources, and communication are in sync.
Work with leadership to define and document processes that keeps projects moving quickly with quality results.
Manage company processes, and ensure necessary documentation is available to keep teams running smoothly.
Coordinate and manage communications between tech and product management teams to ensure they have the information and direction needed to finish projects quickly and efficiently
Provide guidance to product owners on user story creation
Facilitate and manage release planning and deployment activities
Work with Product Management to flush out roadmaps into organized epics
Facilitate collaborative new initiative planning (from roadmap item to actionable stories)
Requirements

3-5 years of experience within Agile Scrum/Kanban projects acting as a Scrum Master
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to pivot quickly.
Self-starter who goes the extra step in making sure a project gets launched.
Ability to develop positive relationships, and to self-manage time and deliverables
Skilled in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, significant experience administering and setting up Jira for Scrum facilitation and reporting
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
