Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
  • Travel arrangements, calendar and email management
  • Manage Downstream Policy, Government & Public Affairs (PGPA) General Manager expenses
  • Process team cell phone charges and look for cost savings
  • Purchasing card reconciliation and reporting
  • Submit weekly reports and ensure grammatically correct
  • Meetings logistics – booking conference rooms, catering, video conference set up
  • Event planning – identifying venue as needed, build budget and get approval and order catering
  • Processing service orders through Ariba and SAP/Invoicing Orders
  • Manage safety metrics
  • Quarterly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) submissions to Operations
  • Social investment – maintain vendor through Vendor Autoload, process SI checks through internal gift tracking system
  • Annual business planning – working with finance to input into tool
  • Town hall planning – be part of the planning and presentation creation
  • Onboarding and Off-boarding processes – Personal Change Application (PCA) entries, workstation setup, and IT/ergo equipment ordering
  • Build relationships with team Assistants

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Calendaring skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to handle travel and meeting logistics

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 + years of directly related experience
  • Knowledge or experience with Ariba and SAP
