The Reservations and Sales Group Coordinator is responsible for handling all reservations, inquiries and cancellations in a courteous, efficient and detail oriented manner while ensuring guest satisfaction. This role coordinates the reservations, room blocks and contracts for large groups and assists with group rooming lists. The Reservations and Sales Group Coordinator will maintain open and direct communication with The Director of Revenue Management, Convention Services Managers, Sales Managers, Accounting and the Front Office.

Follow room reservation deposit and cancellation policies and communicate these to the guests appropriately
Manager accuracy and inventory of group blocks
Strong understanding and working knowledge of all billing and credit procedures as it applies to the group master accounts
Set up proper billing accounts according to Accounting policies.
