Coordinates department project activities. Develops department resource database to facilitate management of various project activities. Coordinates department scheduling of individuals, resources, and activities.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, facilitates background screening/fingerprints, key orders and badge access while utilizing multiple systems. Performs clerical duties to include data entry, and composing of emails in support of the ID Badge/Key Control Department. Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Respond to all requests in a professional, timely manner for Main Campus, FHC's and Regional Hospitals. Maintains statistics for the Protective Operations business review. Works on special projects as assigned by Protective Services leadership.
Coordinates administrative activities for the department (e.g., coordinating resources, timing, and activities). Manages department schedule for key activities. Ensures that administrative support is provided as needed. Participates on project teams and builds competency around specific department tools and methods for organizational performance improvement. Maintains data, develops database and completes analysis. Provides reports; prepares charts, presentations or summary data.

Coordinates the day to day requirements of the ID Badge and Key Control Office.
Liaise with the database background screening vendor and the Ohio Bureau of Investigation and Identification (BCI&I)
Coordinates daily with Human Resources regarding employment start date, title changes, credentials,etc.
Key resource for additional Cleveland Clinic departments to ensure compliance with badging, fingerprinting, and background screening
Active user in the Silkroad program (non-employee onboarding) to ensure badges have been picked up and onboarding requirements are complete. Regularly audits the program to look for discrepancies.
High School Diploma or GED.
Complexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum two years experience.
Experience coordinating multiple functions, managing data and leading mid-size projects preferred.
Requires extensive sitting and manual dexterity to perform work on a PC.
Typical physical demands include the ability to sit, stand or walk to other locations as needed.
Visual acuity to perform computer functions.
