Responsible for supporting the Clinical Nurse Educator to organize and implement educational programs (orientations, continuing education, and professional development) that facilitate the professional growth, skill development, competency, and attainment of standards of care for direct care providers.
High School Diploma with three years of related support experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Strong MS Office skills required with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Problem solving and critical thinking required.
Able to execute and complete projects, assignments, and tasks required.
Able to foster an environment of excellence with collaboration of teams both inside and outside of department required.
Support experience in an education environment preferred.
