The Landscape Installation Crew Leader is responsible for directing all installation activities. This individual is responsible for meeting established project time lines and job specification, While ensuring the highest standard of quality and professionalism for which Rice’s is renowned. Landscape installation crew leaders must have the ability to overcome adversity, communicate clearly and deliver solutions to problems.
The Landscape Installation Crew Member is responsible for landscape renovations such as hardscape and irrigation installation and maintenance, as well as the proper upkeep of established landscaping for commercial and residential properties.
The Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for reviewing the client work plan with the maintenance supervisor, directing crew members and delivery of all pre-established specifications, procedures and standards of quality.
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for grounds keeping duties, including lawn care and landscape installation. Crew members also handle weed control using hand-powered or riding mowers, as well as trimming, edging and the care of planting flowers, trees and bushes.
Requirements:
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug test
- Valid driver license
- Authorized to work in United States
