Marshalls are responsible for coordinating golf course activities with golf shop and bag room.

The main responsibilities are:
Maintain an inventory of scorecards, pencils, tees, divot repair tools, and ball markers.
Ensure the first tee are clean and has water, ice, cups, lids and straws
Monitor pace of play and enforce Club policies, rules, course etiquette, and daily course rules.
Ensure “Marshal Cart” is equipped with ice towels (when necessary) and fully stocked with operational First Aid Equipment including AED machine
Ensures a pleasant visit for each member and guest.
Performs special projects delegated by management.
Assists other departments to improve our member and guest experience.
Assists in tournament and group set up

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of golf operations experience is required in a luxury environment. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, an exceptional attention to detail, be self-motivated, have a strong ability to communicate effectively, and be dependable. Knowledge of Golf etiquette required. Previous golf course experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
