More About the Role:
Candidates will be required to perform the following functions:
Develop and provide analysis on client usage of product and delivery of performance reports.
Generate and control technical reports to provide user guidance on program’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to help identify and solve complex problems with information systems.
Perform as a liaison between end-users, stakeholders, and service providers within GVS platform.
Assist in account set-up and program training.
Write program management documents and updates existing documents
Handle all on-boarding and off-boarding employees, to include an up to date document on requirements prior to arrival and departure.
Work closely with multiple departments providing support to identify, maintain and report program materials, costs and projected needs.
Identify, track and delegate program tasks for the team while maintaining a comprehensive, living schedule.
Ability to work independently on tasks assigned by project management office (PMO).
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be proficient on all Microsoft applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
Must demonstrate recent (within the last five years), detailed and extensive experience in the planning, scheduling, direction, coordination, and control necessary for effective and efficient accomplishment of all requirements.
Be able to provide project management support, including minutes, data analysis, and requirement generation.
Typically requires a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
Must have a current Secret security clearance.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience in creating and controlling SharePoint sites.
