WHAT IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER?
Your primary responsibility is to learn the products, services, and customers while increasing the sales on accounts you manage. In this role, you will educate and engage customers about the benefits of our client’s products and services, relying on state-of-the-art contact center technology, learning the latest customer service and sales strategy. Professionally represent some of the largest, most recognizable brands in the country, interacting with hundreds of customers weekly.
Our entry-level Account Managers are responsible for the following tasks:
Listen to customers’ needs and communicate solutions
Learn then master sales and customer service skills
Build relationships and professionally represent partners
Collaborate with team leaders to improve the process
Increase the customer experience and drive sales

Other entry-level Account Manager Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are welcome
Have the ability to learn customer service software applications
Must be proficient with basic PC skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Minimum 18 years of age
Entry-level, as well as experienced, candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, collections, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is preferred, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.
