Easy Electric is seeking a high energy, detail-oriented Office Assistant/Receptionist who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. The selected candidate will assist with administrative duties and help run daily operations. A dynamic phone presence is a must along with excellent communication skills.
This job will include the following duties:
- Take incoming and return customer calls
- Maintaining organization in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Coordinate permitting process and schedule inspections
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors regularly
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be extremely organized and attention to detail is a MUST.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
