Successful candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with legal experience in a law office setting, strong writing skills. Applicant must be able to work independently, be personable, have exceptional communication skills, and be a strong multitasker who learns quickly, accepts direction well and is organized, and possesses superior attention to detail. Experience in case management systems, client management, and calendar control is required. Applicant will be expected to act as a liaison with local courts and clients.
Mandatory Qualifications

- Legal administrative experience- Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys.
- Strong communication and writing skills
- preferred experience in family law and criminal defense law
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Responsibilities
-Open client files and handle scheduling for one attorney.
- Assist with document review, case management, and preparation for court hearings.
- Support attorneys with administrative tasks and client communication and act as court liaison.
- Collaborate with team members on various legal projects and tasks.
