Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

COMMUNITY:
Draper Utah is part of two metropolitan area, SLC County and Utah County. In 1849 Ebenezer Brown brought cattle to graze along the mountain stream of South Willow Creek. He sold his cattle to immigrants heading to the gold fields of CA. Later is was call South Willow Creek, and the first post office was established in 1854 with the name Draperville after William Draper the first presiding elder of the town’s Mormon congregation. Later it was shortened to Draper. In the 1940’s Draper was known as the “egg basket of Utah”, because it furnished eggs for the military troops in the South Pacific during WWII. Remained a farming community until 1990’s when the population grew to new numbers.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Answer and field phones
Mail for all departments, pickup and delivery
Greeter at the front
Sign in and badge assignment and retrieval
Typing tasks as requested
Tasks by all departments
Keep entry and front area clean
Prepare biweekly, semimonthly and bonus payrolls
Able to handle payroll questions
HR tasks like file, manage, prepare employee files
Create training folders for every employee
Assist in other HR duties
Employment verifications prepared
Some recruiting for non-exempt positing’s to include, posting jobs, organizing interviews etc.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Associate’s Degree or Trade or Technical School
Basic understanding of payroll process
