Are you looking to join a fast-paced cohesive team that includes working in the areas of clinical and surgical cosmetic and functional facial reconstructive services? We are looking to fill a full-time clinical position that has the flexibility of being either a 3- or 4-day workweek.
Job responsibilities include working in our 5-practitioner clinic as a clinical staff member with direct patient care. You will be trained to assist in minor surgical procedures, suture removals, wound care, triage, diagnostic testing and medical spa procedures. You will rotate between working closely with our physicians as well as maintaining your own patient schedules. As a valuable part of our team your excellent interpersonal and customer service skills will be put to great use. This position requires team work, maturity, dependability, and flexibility.
Get Away! For that added change of pace that we all crave, you will be eligible to leave our office and travel periodically to one of our satellite clinics. These day trips can take you to the beautiful towns of Seattle, Yakima, Anacortes and Kennewick. Due to the distance to our Kennewick clinic an airplane flight and overnight stay will be required. All accommodations for these trips will be covered by the clinic and you get to keep the Alaska Mileage Plus miles you earn for your own personal use.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid credentials with the Washington State Department of Health as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Please include your license number on your resume.
We love to train and help promote further education and knowledge however we do request that you have at least two years on the job experience in a medical/surgical practice.
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification Required within 30 days from date of hire.

The primary objective of this clinical position is to work directly with our patients to help them determine, along with the surgeons, their treatment path and resolve any obstacles that they may perceive as a conflict to achieving the best possible outcomes to their chosen treatment plan.
Computers are utilized for scheduling, documentation and follow up patient care. Must be familiar with Word, Excel and be able to quickly learn electronic medical record documentation.

Schedule: 3- or 4-day work week available. Clinic hours are 7:00 to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Actual work schedule will be determined directly with the successful candidate.
