We are seeking Full-Time Call Center Agents to be the first step of our admissions process by helping prospective cosmetology students who have contacted us directly. You will be responsible for setting up appointments for prospective students to visit one of our schools. This position requires customer-focus and an ability to overcome objection. You will be a part of a team dedicated to creating opportunities for people to improve their lives.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
Computer Knowledge
The ability to work a varying schedule including evenings, weekend and holidays
