Bar Support Staff
(Includes Front of the House roles such as Busser, Runner, Barback)
Support staff may serve as back up support in several areas of the bar. Excellent customer service/ShowService and good communication skills as you quickly and neatly support the bartenders and wait server staff to ensure smooth flow of all bar operations.

Clean, restock, and reset area for servers and ensure a quick turnaround of tables and bar area for all patrons.
Communicate with host on open areas once the tables have been cleaned and reset.
Support bar area by restocking all inventory of beer, wine, liquor, for the bartender throughout the shift.
Clean and restock all glasses, utensils and stemware for bartender and servers.
Assist with the stock and clean presentation in the operations and flow of business in the bar
Support and back up wait staff by running food to tables and coordinate orders by garnishing, providing proper utensils, proactively review quality of food presented, and provide condiments as needed.
Observes and alerts appropriate staff or manager of any potential customer service issues
Works with restaurant/bar staff to maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines
Special projects as requested
Other duties as assigned
Excellent attendance record; ability to work with minimal unplanned absences
The ability to bend, squat, push, pull, twist, reach, and repeated lift up to 50 pounds unassisted for stocking and cleaning
The ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, including going up and down stairs
Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
