Lead project review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify project problems and obtain solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. • Coordinate program activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishment of roadmaps and benchmarks, development of implementation, testing and training plans and ensuring successful maintenance • Liaise with internal Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Culture Clubs to ensure end-to-end support for events, programs and activities • Design and execute on infrastructure requirements to further establish ERGs and ensure our combined success • Liaise with business functions to understand ongoing needs.
