Responsibilities

  • Develop ABA based programs for families in the home/school/community/tx center
  • Engage in monthly team meetings to progress the behavior analytic practices among team members and the organization

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification
  • Behavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants)
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA Programs for children and adolescents
  • Willingness to see families in the evening (3-4 nights/week)
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to run school, center, and home-based programs

Salary

  • $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year depending on caseload
