The AML KYC Program is looking for a qualified candidate to support Defect Triage activities within the Product Processor applications for Branded Cards & CRS.
Ability to manage application & data quality defects across multiple test environments (DIT, SIT, UAT, DA, DJV, DMV).
Ability to partner and be an active participant in technical discussions with Senior Mgmt, PMO, Application Teams & Quality Assurance resources.
Ability to interpret Functional Requirements, AppDev Designs, Mapping documents across multiple Branded Cards & CRS projects in support of Triage Activities.
Ability to work within Branded Card and/or Retail Service (CRS) technology with ability to act as an individual contributor for resolving defects across multiple application teams.
Ability to perform data lineage activities across multiple application teams that span multiple architecture environments (mainframe, server based applications).
Ability to oversee AML KYC Program defects within HP Application Lifecycle Management.
Experience with ETL Ab Initio, SAS Grid, SQL in Unix/Linux,
Ability to persuade and influence others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
Solid knowledge and experience of software development lifecycle/procedures, and continuous process improvement.
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.

Experience using Branded Card Customer Service interfaces is preferred (Sawgrass, IBS, Green Screens)
Experience using Retail Services (CRS, BEST/PROX) Customer Service interfaces is preferred.
Experience within Application Development (Mainframe, Server based applications) is preferred.
Experience within Quality Assurance is preferred.
Experience using HP Application Lifecycle Management.
