Paint Line Technician
We are looking for great teammates in a powder coating & assembly role for our Kiel facility. No experience necessary!
Starting Pay: Hourly pay starts at $19.10 per an hour. A $4.15 per hour shift premium for all hours worked Friday-Sunday. In addition, you will be paid for an extra 2 hours for perfect attendance on the weekend shift.
Responsibilities: As a paint line technician, you will be trained on one of the following primary skills:
- Powder Coating
- Load
- Unload
- Assembly
You may also train and perform additional tasks like masking, forklift operation, or flexing to our fabrication area as needed.
After training and gaining experience in one of these areas, you can expect opportunities to train in other competencies, earning more pay as you learn and grow!
Shifts:
Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 5:00AM – 5:00PM
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent

What is the training like?
No experience in manufacturing is necessary. New employees participate in a robust training program designed to get you the skills they need to be successful. Basic training starts with exposure to our load area, as well as powder coating paint instruction, unload and assembly.
