Full Job Description
10 years of experience in executive engagement programs, strategic partnerships, sales or sales enablement, management consulting or program/product management.
10 years of experience managing teams in customer-facing roles.
Experience building and driving strategy for an Executive Briefing Center Program at a global enterprise company.
Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts or Google Cloud specific technologies, platforms and solutions.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to create a process and optimize for scale.
Ability to interact with Executives.
Strong spoken and written communications skills.

As the Global Lead for Google Cloud’s Customer Engagement Center Program, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth across Google Cloud through focus on delivering differentiated, high-impact customer briefings, developing and bringing to market new customer engagement programs, and expanding the program to enable global reach across our customers, prospects and partners. You'll provide our customers and partners a personalized experience around our Google Cloud services to support their missions and help accelerate their journey to the cloud. You will have the opportunity to help drive the brand experience, develop trusted relationships with executives, account teams and Discussion Leaders, and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broaden use of Google Cloud’s solutions.

Drive the strategy for the evolution of Google Cloud’s Customer Engagement Center program, including facilities, speakers, content, staffing and operations.
Manage Customer Engagement Center Program to accelerate customer relationships and deals.
Lead a team to deliver a high volume of strategic briefings while providing a consistent, high-end, differentiated experience within the CEC.
Collaborate with Marketing and global real estate to build out new physical briefing centers at multiple Google Cloud locations, developing branding guidelines for regional offices and planning refresh cycles for merchandising and content.
Educate our customers and engage with executives on the benefits around the decisions in selection of Google Cloud as their cloud provider.
