TheFinancial Analyst IIIis responsible for preparing, administering, and directing the control of the budget. Translates financial concepts into financial planning and control. Determines present and future financial performance through technical analysis. Oversees recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
Calculating and administering the Sales Commissions programs.
Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position.
Data analyzed may include revenues, expenses, costs, prices, investments, cash flow, profits, labor market trends, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.
May be assigned analyses in support of organization's annual budget process, expense/service fee/staffing forecasts, or statistical reporting.
Prepares and analyzes major financial forecasts.
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and economic indicators so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions on, for example, acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, divestitures, mergers, or the sale of assets.
Analyze the financial implications of proposed investments or other transactions so that senior managers can evaluate alternatives against the organization's business objectives.
Under broad supervision, responsible for moderately complex financial analyses, reports and presentations for department management.
Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
4+ years related experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required.
Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SAP
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; able to effectively interact with employees at every level and with outside clients and vendors
High degree of attention to detail and precision
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Strong people management/leadership skills with the ability to effectively work within and/or lead a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and be responsible to follow up on action items
Strong project management skills
