This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial lending group. Candidate will communicate frequently with commercial customers and commercial banking officers regarding lending and deposit related activities, such as loan closings, loan fundings, opening of new accounts, wire transfers, account transfers, exception item processing, and various inquiries. Position will be responsible for providing administrative support to commercial banking officers such as answering phones, filing, preparation of documents, scheduling meetings and other duties and projects as assigned.
The qualified candidate will have previous administrative experience and proficient PC skills, specifically with Microsoft products, be detail oriented, possess excellent written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills. The candidate must be self motivated and eager to adapt to new challenges and problem solve to ensure deadlines are met and excellent client service is delivered. A college degree is strongly preferred. Preference will be given to those candidates with previous commercial lending experience including those with a working knowledge of bank systems, loan documents, and other loan related processes. Banking experience will be considered in lieu of administrative experience.
