Role Summary:Role Summary:
As a Staff Systems Administration Engineer, you will be responsible for technical support of enterprise wide Endpoint Management and Security services such as antivirus, endpoint detection & response tools (EDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). These services are comprehensive –inclusive of architecture, design, implementation and ongoing operations in a dev-ops model with a focus on automation, integration, service resiliency and business partnership.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role Staff Systems Administration Engineer, you will:
Be part of the security engineering team providing 24/7 support for critical security tools used by the Cyber Fusion Team to complete their mission

Find opportunities for collaboration across the enterprise, ensuring that cross-team commitments are set, and achieves scale in his or her work efforts by enabling the work of others

Navigate through ambiguity and prioritizing conflicting asks

Define and resolve issues outside his or her area of responsibility and opens discussions with peers and takes action when needed to ensure the success of the service

Lead technical projects to enhance service capabilities

Seek opportunities to automate manual processes

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from accredited college or university

Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support

Eligibility Requirements:
Travel less than 20% of the time, as required

Desired Characteristics:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple project

Previous hands on experience in the information and cyber security field, or management of security infrastructure

Design deploy and support monitoring solutions 24x7 for production and test environments

Identifies and develops workflow automation to lower response time and eliminate lengthy procedures

Project management skills and experience
Ability to deep dive issues and maintain focus
Experience in creating and execute upon technology roadmaps in cooperation with external vendors and industry standards

Capable of learning new technologies in a self-directed manner. Experience working with antivirus and endpoint security tools
