Job Summary:
The Associate Dean of Strategy for the Anderson College of Business and Computing addresses strategy, scholarship, and accreditation concerns for the College. The Associate Dean assures the college strategic and business and initiatives align with the mission of the college and university, develops and maintains the business plan for the college, and oversees the research and scholarship productivity, and provides oversight to accreditation efforts.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

College strategic and business and initiatives align with the mission of the college and university

Advises on new academic programs in Anderson College of Business and Computing
-
Facilitates the development of cross-disciplinary academic programs.
-
Facilitates the development of new programs and initiatives.
-
Assures the integrity and consistency of degree program requirements in our promotions.

Business plan for the college - Develop innovative strategies that support our admissions team in developing leads through all stages of the recruitment pipeline to support high growth revenue targets
-
With Academic Dean, faculty, staff, and other university units devise plans to close gaps towards AACSB standards.

Develop and produce AACSB self-evaluation reports on schedule beginning with iSER due in 2024.

With Associate Dean of Curriculum assure Assurance of Learning in the college is in alignment with AACSB and other program accreditation requirements.

Liaison with Regis Admissions and Marketing Communications (MarCom)

Define and develop a clear and distinctive depiction of our key target student population and other constituents

Use research to develop, implement and measure strategies
-
Identify gaps in program offerings to better serve professional development needs of workforce

Build collaboration protocols with the Regis.edu marketing teams and agencies
-
Disseminate marketing efforts throughout University and College departments and activities

Attend education industry events, trade shows and cultivate business contacts

Address the Anderson College's web presence in collaboration with University Marcom
-
Provide oversight to accreditation efforts

Faculty Research and Scholarship

Liaison to Research Committee

Helps resource teaching development

Promote faculty scholarship and research through the development of processes, tools, and mechanisms to aid faculty in research agenda development

Coordinate with faculty and CSRE on grant applications; advises faculty applicants.

Develop means to exhibit academic capabilities of the Anderson College of Business and Computing faculty and students
-
Develop with Anderson Research Committee, scholarly academic criteria for AACSB accreditation.

Assure scholarship accountability and productivity with faculty
Minimum Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have
-
A PhD in management or a related field. Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.

A research agenda that demonstrates currency in the discipline.
-
Ability to design, develop, and teach in the discipline
-
Experience in an institution preparing for AACSB accreditation or re-accreditation

Pay Rate:
$74,000 - $119,000 if hired as an Associate Professor $83,000 - 133,000 if hired as a full Professor
