Rita’s Catering seeks a full time Human Resources Administrator. This is a full time, Monday through Friday position located in Everett, MA. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a company of around 200 employees. A competitive salary and benefits are being offered.
Primary job duties:
* Coordinate all recruitment ads;
* Manage employee files, I9's, new hires, background checks, terminations, rate changes, ensure reviews are completed;
* Administers annual open enrollment process including additions & terminations, and COBRA administration;
* Manage bi-weekly 401(K) funding & reporting;
* Serve as the point of contact for all HR related matters including employee relations, benefits and required training (OSHA);
* Facilitate productive conversations and create documentation for performance management, annual reviews, training, coaching, and mentoring;
* Manage unemployment claims; filing, reporting and attend hearings when necessary.
* Manage workers compensation claims and corresponding reporting.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications -- Excel, Word and Outlook required.
HR certification are highly desirable.
Bilingualism (English & Spanish) is a plus.
Previous hospitality experience is a plus
