Friedman Real Estate Brokerage Inc. is seeking experienced Salespersons to join their highly successful team at HQ in Farmington Hills, MI. Qualified candidates will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to multitask, and a high level of determination and self-motivation. Compensation is commission-based with unlimited opportunity to succeed. Friedman is active with numerous opportunities, including lender and servicer dispositions and turnarounds, bank foreclosures, and an increased load of new listing assignments.
Throughout varying economic climates, Friedman continues to support clients, employees, and customers. We maintain strong relationships with lenders across a variety of platforms all over the Country. Schedule and conduct site tours
Assist clients with relevant market data
Arrange meetings with prospective clients
Accompany other Friedman brokers and management at client meetings
Gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys and/or marketing material
Canvass prospective clients and leads through a variety of approaches including primarily telephone calls
Network with other brokers to promote and ultimately lease and sell exclusively represented sites as well as find locations for tenants and buyers
College degree required.
Two (2) years of sales experience within the commercial real estate industry or within another B2B service industry
State of Michigan Real Estate Salesperson’s license, or the willingness to obtain a MI real estate salesperson’s license, is required
Reliable and self-sufficient self-starter
Strong oral and written communication skills
Analytical and creative problem solving ability
Strong proficiency with entire Microsoft Office Suite
Thrive in a competitive entrepreneurial environment
