Our AI and Automation team is dedicated to transforming the digital landscape with innovative solutions. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our AI and Automation initiatives. In this role, you will drive projects toward success by defining the strategy, planning, and implementation of AI solutions and automation frameworks. You will be critical in enhancing operational efficiency and facilitating the adoption of the new tools while collaborating with other technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the AI and automation strategy, goals, and roadmap aligned with the broader corporate technology vision. Identify and evaluate business opportunities for leveraging AI and automation technologies
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, and executing AI and automation projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business units to understand business requirements and translate them into AI and automation solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor project performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging AI and automation technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing AI and automation frameworks, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Management of Center of Excellence (CoE): Oversee the AI and Automation Center of Excellence, ensuring it operates effectively and delivers value to the organization. Promote best practices and standards across AI projects and foster a culture of innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in program and project management, focusing on Data-driven, AI, machine learning, and automation projects
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and related concepts
- Experience implementing business process improvements through automation
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative AI and automation solutions
