Overview
The TBCP Project Manager oversees the Santa Fe Indian School’s (SFIS) broadband infrastructure and related initiatives including Project Management. The role supports the SFIS in the implementation of broadband infrastructure for educational needs. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of existing and new SFIS broadband related projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership abilities to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The person in this position will develop and manage existing project initiatives and documentation, including project schedules, weekly and monthly status reports (including SFIS Board of Trustee and Pueblo Governor), presentations, risk logs, action logs, issue logs, and similar assets as necessary. Additionally, and with the assistance of project team members, the Project Manager will work proactively to gather information required for analysis of project cost, resources, time, perform grant compliance activities and other project-supporting deliverables.

Pay: $82,519.00 - $89,687.00 per year
