Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles inbound calls from members who have legal concerns and need to discuss their legal options with an attorney at the law firm. The CSR will gather all of the appropriate information and provide instructions to the customer to expect a return call from an attorney within the law firm.

Responsibility:

  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls to assist membership base
  • Open legal matters by gathering appropriate information
  • Update member demographic information
  • Communicate with various departments throughout the day to assist members as needed
  • Meet daily and monthly call quotas and compliance requirements
  • Adhere to all firm guidelines and policies

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be detail oriented
  • Only apply if you are reliable, dependable and punctual
  • Minimum 1-year phone experience
  • Ability to type and talk while assisting members
  • Can prioritize and manage time appropriately to meet all daily goals
  • High School degree
