Yankon lighting is one of global leading lighting company. Along with the stagey of developing independent brand, we are looking for a passionate, industry professional, with the proven ability to grow our sales and brand influence.
· Develop annual integrated marketing plan and calendar and execute with excellence to deliver sales, financial and brand targets.
· Open new business opportunities, clients, agents and distribution channels.
· Provide project management for new product development, working cross-departmentally to drive all activities from idea to commercialization.
· Stocks management and forecasting.
· Ensure prices are established based on target-winning price, with a view on market conditions (competition, customer budget).
· Ensure monthly/weekly reports with action plans, mitigation plans and recovery plans.
· Support the planning of and represent brand by participating in trade shows, conferences, and events.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience lighting or related industry.
· Strong analytic skills, strategic thinking, creative thinking, team first leadership, planning, organizing, problem solving skills
· Very strong team player, ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams to achieve results.
· Passion for understanding consumer behavior and uncovering insights.
· Able to spot new trends within lighting market.
· Solid understanding of promotion and media planning.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
· Some business travel required.
