Position Summary...

Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.
What you'll do...
Manages the vendor selection process to support the development of the reporting strategy by working with sourcing managers to determine project requirements; creating cost models of different contract variables (for example, implementation cost, maintenance cost) to assist with vendor negotiation; generating various scenarios to determine business benefits; assessing range of negotiation outcomes; assisting in the negotiation of travel vendor data terms; executing defined negotiation strategies to ensure business needs are met and strategies are aligned; and monitoring vendor performance to ensure compliance with expectations.

Assists in the development of multiple reporting project initiatives by working with sourcing managers to determine resource constraints; assisting in the review and revision of existing reporting metric standards; assisting with the incorporation of industry and company standards, reporting innovations, and best practices for demonstrating program value into reporting process; assisting with the development of localized reports to incorporate various types of data; ensuring proper process documentation for data comparisons by region; managing reporting strategy cadence based on events and audience; addressing issues as they arise; and communicating updates and results to senior management.

Collaborates with liability insurance companies by maintaining pertinent health care provider information for contracts; escalating issues that may result in a delay or disruption of business continuity; verifying the accuracy of current dates, amounts, additional insurance language on liability insurance certificates; and working with outside insurance companies to obtain discounts or credits.

Manages reports to track the contracting process and status by creating, maintaining, and disseminating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; and creating queries.

Maintains and updates the database by tracking contract expiration dates and negotiable terms; updating the database with information received on contract profile requests and terms of new contract or renewal contracts; and preparing and sending out all renewal license agreements or renewal applications.
