The purpose of this position is to work with operations to develop key reports supporting the business under general direction of the Controller, Service.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Lead monthly close process for Service and Contract Compression business, including settlements inSAP of various order types affecting profitability and fixed assets
Maintain and reconcile various financial schedules
Lead SAP implementation activities
Prepare monthly financial reporting package(s)
Assist in planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process.
Prepare monthly budget/forecast to actual variance reports for all service branches.
Liaise with operational management for metrics, forecasts and analysis.
Lead and participate in functional and cross‐functional performance improvement projects.
Assist with internal process review and control development/documentation, ad hoc projects and reporting.
Work with internal and external auditors.
Any other business related financial support or analysis that may be required.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Specifications

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Minimum four years of relevant work experience or a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, multi‐task environment.
Strong use of MS Office suite, more specifically advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboard, charts, graphs and simple macros) is a must.
Demonstrates support, commitment & participation in department goals.
Work well in a team environment & a team player.
MRP environment with SAP experience required.
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role.
Fast and flexible, organized and works well under pressure.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
