As part of the Wholesale Payments Product Delivery team, the Change Management & Communications team drives product and process changes across all Wholesale Payments products: Treasury Services, Merchant Services, Commercial Card and Global Trade to ensure that our clients and our client coverage teams are prepared for change.
The Change Management role requires a strategic, results-focused, and process-disciplined professional capable of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to create and drive readiness strategies across major change initiatives. The candidate should have experience in key areas of change management including stakeholder alignment, program management, communication, training and change measurement
The Change Management lead will be responsible for leading and communicating key changes and initiatives that impact client coverage teams. Keys to success in this role include the candidate's ability to partner with functional and operational groups and leaders across WP in coordinating and assessing change impacts to the field and our clients. The role will demand an ability to understand the key tactical needs of our client coverage teams and market partners within the context of the overall field strategy. The candidate must be able to take on multiple complex topics and processes simultaneously against aggressive deadlines. The candidate will transform complex topics and processes into readiness strategies that are meaningful, concise and easy to understand for our field organization.
Thinking critically about high impacting complex changes to ensure coordination and seamless delivery of readiness strategies
Develop framework for "Air Traffic Control" and governance of all changes
Assess change impacts, provide strategic guidance, define requirements, plan implementation activities, and develop employee and/or client readiness plans while integrating cross-LOB initiative considerations
Produce team reporting for business reviews and capacity planning
Create impactful reporting and pipeline views of initiatives for client coverage team leadership
Coordinate with change management leads to generate detailed reporting to identify cross-impacts to clients and their coverage teams
Determine change management KPIs and design ways to effectively capture, track, and progress to targets
Manage pipeline view of all change management initiatives, as well as line of sight into RTL
Capture and provide input for improvement in workflow tool
Bachelor's degree in a business or a relevant discipline
Focus on strong program management experience, ideally PMP certified
Experience delivering complex process improvement and technology initiatives at scale, collaborating with multiple teams / functions, and driving change within large organization
Demonstrated experience managing through influence, collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders
Superior judgment to mitigate risk and foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated
