Administrative Assistant, Wellness Center

Medaille College is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Wellness Center (Student Counseling and Health Services). The successful candidate will be required to provide variety of administrative duties and must possess excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency is required in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create documents for, but not limited to, spreadsheets, charts, posters, graphs, databases, and correspondence. Working knowledge of Banner is helpful and knowledge of electronic record keeping systems is required. Experience working in a health and/or mental health setting is preferred. This position requires an Associate’s degree with a minimum of three years’ experience or 5 plus years’ experience in a similar position.
