We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and that all work is completed on time and within budget. The Site Superintendent will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, managing personnel, and maintaining records of all activities. Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Communicate with subcontractors and other personnel to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors on the job site.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Keep accurate records of all activities on the job site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,886.52 - $60,000.00 per year

- Residential construction: 5 years (Required)
