Summer Internship - Administrative Asst II Performs advanced administrative work and prepares routine or special reports. Assist with developing and preparing manuals and reports. Assist with special assignments, filing, answering phones, and inventory, creating spreadsheets for data entry, processing mail, and assist with document replication center. Process purchase request forms for services/goods. Reconciles and verifies invoices, contracts and Pre-requisition forms against purchase vouchers to ensure proper coding and documentation for accuracy of payments and auditing purposes.
Essential Job Functions:
Compiles and analyzes data, makes calculations and prepares reports. Develops training materials and assists in preparing manuals, publications, and reports. Researches technical and policy issues. Assists in the implementation of program planning.
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
• Skill in the use of standard agency computer hardware and software such as Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience or ability to use Google Earth Pro would be helpful • Skill in organizing and prioritizing workload. • Skill in managing multiple priorities. • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Initial Selection Criteria:
• Be at least 18 years of age. • Be a student enrolled in or attending a technical, junior, community college, four year institution or professional school, including Master or Ph.D. degree students located in the United States, which may require specific work requirements or projects for course credits.
