MayoSeitz Media is looking for an organized and dynamic candidate to represent MayoSeitz as our Receptionist/Office Assistant. This position will be responsible for general office support which includes answering incoming calls, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, and requisition of supplies. This role will work in our Blue Bell, PA office and report to our Managing Director.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
Orders office and kitchen supplies; Ensures conference rooms are neat and tidy and kitchen is stocked
Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring logbook.
Processes incoming and outgoing mail; Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
1-2 years of related professional experience
Strong verbal communication skills; experience with telephone systems
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Strong data-entry skills/proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent customer service skills
Organized and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
