Data Entry Specialist (Temp)

Maintain App database by entering past, new, and updated expenses and account information. Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.

Job Duties: Photographing receipts, purchase orders, expense reports and uploading into our database using a tablet provided by us.

Sort by year and categorize by type of service, purchase, etc.

This is a part-time temporary contract that can last 3 to 4 months, Minimum of 10 hours per week.

We are flexible with days and times that you come into the office to work as long as the schedule you choose falls between the hours of 9:30am to 2:30pm. You can split your hours however you like. If you would like to do 2 full days, or 3 shorter days, Once you pick your schedule that works best for you, We would need that schedule to stay consistent, so we know when to expect you at the office.

Skill Requirements:

  • Computer and technical skills (including general app base knowledge)
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Communication (written and verbal)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking.

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: $10.00 to $11.00 /hour
