Accountability: Responsible for accuracy of data entered into RF Smart/NetSuite database as it relates to warehouse accuracy with quantity and locations. Responsible for the pulling, counting, and on time delivery of materials to and from production.
Job Summary: Perform manual and clerical tasks involved in the storage and issuance of materials in accordance with established policies and procedures. Understand work order, inventory, and bill of materials systems and WMS system procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities (Essential):
1. Pull accurate materials and quantities and deliver on-time to production departments using work order/department material reports.
2. Attend to additional material requests as they come up (assist with dipping pins and cardboard housekeeping, as needed).
3. Perform set-up and maintenance of bin locations in the warehouse
4. Assist Warehouse Supervisor and Inventory Manager with cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and NetSuite database to meet or exceed accuracy metrics
5. Monitor and transport completed work orders and/or materials between company facilities as needed
6. Responsible for put-away of return to stock of raw materials from manufacturing departments to warehouse along with necessary location transfers within WMS system.

Experience and Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED, knowledge of Netsuite software including work order, inventory, bill of materials, and production routings; efficient work habits
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand continuously and work a 10 hour shift and overtime as needed. Must be able to squat/bend/kneel, push and pull up to 50 pounds, climb/ reach/overhead, operate equipment (i.e., forklift, order picker, scissor lift.).
