WHAT WE NEED
The Digital Media Analyst must bring a passion for creative and analytical thinking and reporting know-how. The ideal candidate will have a track record of facing problems with confidence, overcoming obstacles with limited time or resources, and maintaining composure under pressure.

The Digital Media Analyst is a passionate client advocate, driven to see clients' businesses and brands thrive. As a member of the Digital Media team, the Digital Media Analyst collaborates with display, analytics and strategy team members to develop unique and strategic approaches to clients' business challenges. The successful candidate will have experience developing, implementing, and managing ROI-driven marketing campaigns that exceed client's objectives and goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client/Account Management

Collaborate with digital services team members to optimize reporting and performance measurements
Improve efficiencies in client's digital marketing strategies and increase ROI for marketing spend
Build materials (reports) to summarize campaign performance and recap channel initiatives for clients
Support client team in cultivating strong relationships with clients to better understand campaign objectives
Help develop, coordinate, execute and optimize performance-based digital marketing programs to deliver on our client's KPIs and business goals with support of the wider team
Work independently on all aspects of Paid Search & Facebook, including research, strategy and implementation, and ongoing optimizations for assigned campaigns
Execute and own the optimization log through platforms; platforms include (but are not limited to): Similar Web, SEM Rush, Google Analytics
Monitor and manage paid search campaigns to stay within campaign budgets and campaign goals
Reporting

Create weekly and ad-hoc client reports to keep clients updated on the status of media campaigns and proactively find opportunities to optimize campaigns by diving into analytics and trends
Analyzing data trends and providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights for clients
Perform regular quality assurance checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted
Work into the digital ROI modeling and reporting
Personal & Agency Development

Educate internal team members on the impact of digital marketing and the importance of proper online measurements and performance in conjunction with senior team members
Ensure agency stays atop of industry best practices and evangelize the adoption of new features or processes to drive ROI for clients, keep up to date on recent industry news and share as appropriate
Keep up to date with the evolving digital space and relevant cultural events that may have an impact on campaign strategy and performance

WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the digital marketing/online media space
Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
Demonstrate strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem solving, and, decision-making skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
Proactive in catching issues and troubleshooting solutions before they escalate
Understanding of the digital marketing industry and campaign success metrics; media buying/selling preferred

Analytical Skills:
Excel skills required; VLOOKUP's, nested formulas, pivot tables
Google Search (AdWords) Certification (Google Analytics and BingAds Certifications a plus)
Experience with Programmatic Display, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and using industry standard tools like Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Raven Tools, Moz, etc. a plus
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
Analytical mind with experience diving into large datasets and using data to tell a story to internal and external stakeholders
Proven performance of managing / being involved with large scale, multi-channel campaigns across clients, with an emphasis on Paid Search/PPC/SEM
