Responsibilities and Duties
Analyzes business process and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives.
Collaborates on an on-going basis with the Programmer/Analysts.
Applies advanced analytical skills within functional area.
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
May lead functional teams or projects
Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience and experience configuring and implementing SAP Success Factors Recruiting module.
Verifiable status of being a Certified Associate level for SAP Success Factors Recruiting module
Minimum of 2 Full implementations of Success Factors Recruiting module
Implementation experience using an Agile implementation methodology
