Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model, created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Our Onco360 Corporate Office in Louisville, Kentucky has an immediate need for an IT Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure.
Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for Managing Office 365, Infrastructure, Network and data center technology and their interconnectivity. Provides technical direction for corporate IT infrastructure in support of business objectives and regulatory requirements. Responsible for technical design, architecture, implementation and operational support of Exchange, Office365, VOIP, data center infrastructure components; including data communication services, wireless services, server & storage management, corporate Internet presence, and messaging services.
The IT Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure is responsible for the smooth and consistent operation in IT system administration, software development, network security, internet applications and voice and data circuits.

IT Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure Major Responsibilities:
- Define responsibilities and prioritization for a team of advanced technical staff, including system administrators, Office 365 administrators, VOIP and Network engineers.
- Manages Data Center Infrastructure group, driving team to aligning the strategic direction with business system planning
- Manages teams that support key Infrastructure components including Microsoft 365, Datacenter, WAN, LAN, Email.
- Develop tactical technology and resource plans aligned with business strategies.
- Negotiate and manage project priorities, establish baselines and standard methodologies around hardware and software implementation, maintenance, and support. Analyze complex business needs and recommend technical solutions.
- Manage the implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
- Design and implement technology solutions that are standards based, scalable, sustainable & supportable; manage technology obsolescence.
- Work closely with all business functions and management to ensure enterprise level infrastructure support and service level agreements are met.
Establish metrics for the Infrastructure Support including: availability, usability, responsiveness, and continuity. Set SLAs and KPIs for individuals, teams, and service delivery.
Assist in development, maintenance, and testing of IT Infrastructure disaster recovery plans.
- Assist in development and management the IT Infrastructure Budget.
- Manage and source professional services and outsourced solutions in support of business & operational objectives
- Develop leadership skills in managers and individual contributors.
- Supervise Team Members: Hire, train, manage performance, conduct performance evaluations, mentor, and coach team members. Monitor team members' work for alignment to corporate policy and procedure consistency and quality. Assign and delegate work. Schedule work hours for team

IT Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure Position Requirements:
Education/Learning Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience
- Desired: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience
- Required: 3+ years of progressive technical management and leadership experience.
- Desired: 5+ years of progressive technical management and leadership experience.
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
- Required: Networking concepts (Voice & Data), Server Infrastructure, Storage Area Networking, Client Systems, and Enterprise Architecture. Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory, MS Exchange, SQL server in a multi-domain environment, Web development, HTTP, .Net in application development, SAN architecture, Firewall and Switch configuration.
- Desired: In addition to required skills, additional technical experience with Cisco, Windows Server, Network, Application development with data center experience.
