As the University Relations Recruiter, you will lead entry level recruitment across all lines of business and be directly responsible for establishing strategy, tactical execution, and building scalability into the newly created university relations program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with company business leaders by delivering on commitments and demonstrating a high level of customer service on all hiring initiatives
Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates during the interview and hiring process. Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers
Develop a college recruiting program with specific schools to include internships, research projects, student organization support and faculty outreach. University Relations Program will include with both Technical and MBA Strategies
Work with Corporate Marketing to develop the company’s brand in the market to illustrate a clear and compelling image of who we are

Bachelor’s Degree; Masters Preferred.
Experience recruiting engineering and business professionals in the university space
Current substantive experience: 1) Building relationships with top universities; and 2) setting a top talent marketing strategy 3) Managing business expectations with a goal-oriented long-term plan
Experience working in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi task and quickly set priorities;
A bias towards action and accomplishment over detailed analysis, endless discussion and voluminous documentation;
Demonstrated successful experience with internet sourcing, including mining online databases, conducting Boolean searches and social media sourcing strategies
