Graphic Packaging International is a leading provider of paperboard and integrated paperboard solutions for Consumer Packaging Industry. GPI-Kalamazoo MI 100% Recycled Clay-coated Carton Facility is looking for a new team member. STARTING PAY RATE is $17.12/hour. We are recruiting for an entry level position with the Kalamazoo Carton Plant. Candidates must have a high school education or equivalent, be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check. Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
FULL-TIME direct hire position with a 60-day probationary period for performance and attendance.
STARTING PAY RATE: $17.12 / hour
80 hours of work in a 2 week work period plus scheduled mandatory overtime or voluntary overtime as needed.
Rotating 12 hour shifts (7:00 to 7:00)
12-hour days (7:00am – 7:00pm) - rotating shift pattern of 2-2-3
12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:00am) - rotating shift pattern of 2-2-3
Crew changes from days to nights every 28 days.
Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
Operate or tend a printing machine and folder gluer that transforms paperboard into various consumer packaging products.
