Summary: Under general supervision, performs a wide range of office administration duties assigned functions or program
area, duties may be complex in nature and involve access to confidential information. Conducts research to compile
information needed to generate reports, complete projects and accurately respond to questions and concerns. Analyzes
problems, questions, issues, etc. and develops reports recommendations and resolving them. Provides administrative
assistance to CMS program. Includes but not limited to providing assistance to CYSN department and other duties as
assigned. This position works to promote and protect the health and safety of the residents of Cobb & Douglas counties.
Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree from an accredited college or university AND one-year related experience
OR three years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills Familiarity with Medicaid, Access CHOA, ICD-10 codes, Bi-lingual, Excel and Word
Salary Information: $28,310 annually / Pay Grade G
