Responsibilities
- Developing new business through canvassing, business networking, and referrals to create an extensive book of business
- Maintain and grow existing accounts
- Utilize our CRM to track opportunities
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals.
- Inspect potential job sites taking necessary notes and measurements to put together an accurate proposal
- Accurately develop roofing estimates and proposals that clearly describe how the project requirements will be met.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure all work orders are being bid in real-time for on-site approval
- Submit proposals promptly based on internal and external deadlines
- Effectively use communication skills, including diplomacy and organizational and planning skills.
- Occasionally assist the project management team based on workload.
- Follow up with clients regarding already submitted estimates.
